Iron helps deliver oxygen to every cell in our body through red blood cell production. Chelated Iron is bound with glycine for optimal absorption and is specially formulated to be gentle on the stomach.

Adults: take one tablet daily at mealtime.

Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (veg.), croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, ethylcellulose, magnesium stearate.

Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
