¹In one crossover pilot study, five male subjects using 200 mg of dihydroberberine experienced a greater concentration of blood plasma berberine when compared to 500 mg of berberine hydrochloride across a two-hour measurement window.

Suggested use
Take 1 serving (2 capsules) once daily, 30 minutes before your main meal. For weight loss: take 1 serving (2 capsules) twice daily, 30 to 60 minutes before your two main meals.
