A top seller here at Amish Country Popcorn, Baby White is hulless, crispy, small, and very white. Baby White is similar to the Medium White variety with smaller kernels. It’s delicious with salt and butter and pairs well with the seasonings we offer.

Pour one part oil into pan - enough to cover bottom. Preheat oil then add three parts corn - more or less to suit individual taste. Lower heat slightly. Agitate pan until the popcorn ceases to pop. Salt to taste.
