If you've been to one of our restaurants, you know that Momofuku is serious about good food. If you haven't, it's nice to meet you.

We were founded by Chef David Chang in New York. We've opened restaurants around the world and now we're bringing our flavors to your kitchen.

We've partnered with A-Sha Foods of Taiwan to make these air-dried, never-fried noodles. They're flavor-packed like the dishes Momofuku is known for. Plus, like all A-Sha noodles, they have 11 grams of protein per serving and are made from simple, quality ingredients.

Noodle Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, salt.

Sauce Packet Ingredients: Soy sauce (water, sugar, salt, soybean, wheat, caramel color, yeast extract, malic acid), white sesame oil (soybean oil, sesame oil).

Dried Scallion Packet Ingredients: Dried green onion.

Contains: wheat, soy, sesame.

Store at room temperature. Avoid high temperature and direct sunlight.
