





Our story began with a roadside produce stand run by our founder, the son of an organic farmer, in the heart of California's wine country. We've grown a lot since then, evolving into a line of premium oils and vinegars that are made using only the best fruits, grapes, seeds or nuts from the finest orchards and fields around the world.
Our Avocado Oil is crafted by harvesting and pressing whole, tree-ripened avocados from Mexico. Boasting a light, delicate flavor and high smoke point of 500°F, it's ideal for cooking, adding a wholesome twist to baked goods, fried favorites or homemade aiolis.
