Mix equal parts protein oats & milk or water. Microwave for a minute or cook on the stovetop for 3 minutes.
Cool & Creamy
Mix equal parts protein oats & milk. Enjoy immediately or let it soak in the fridge for 10 minutes to overnight for a creamier texture.
