You Will Need:
3 Eggs + 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter at room temperature (or 3/4 cup vegetable oil)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom of a 9" x 13" pan.
2. Stir eggs and butter (or vegetable oil) in a large mixing bowl. Add entire brownie mix. Stir until well blended and spread into greased pan.
3. Bake 20-23 minutes. Brownies are done when a toothpick inserted 1 inch from the edge of the pan comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan on wire rack before cutting and serving.
Store baked brownies in an airtight container for up to a week. Brownies can also be frozen for up to three months.
