    Suggested use

    Twist cap off, remove seal & twist back on.

    Easy-to-mix directions:

  • Wash and dry hands before preparing cereal.
  • Pour desired amount of cereal into clean bowl. Reclose container to keep cereal dry.
  • With a clean spoon, stir in liquid (breastmilk or formula) to desired consistency.
  • Serve as is or warm in the microwave.
  • Always test temperature before feeding.
  • After preparation, serve immediately. Discard any unfed cereal.

    • Completely cooked and ready to serve. Just add liquid.

    Microwave Guidelines for Heating:

  • Warm unheated liquid at Medium (50% power) for 15-30 Seconds.
  • Mix heated liquid with cereal.
  • Stir to even out temperature.
  • Test temperature before feeding.

    • Feed only to a seated, supervised child.

    Use within 30 days after opening.
