Suggested use
Assess your tolerance by taking 1 scoop (9 g) with 3-4 oz of cold water and consume 20-30 minutes prior to training. For advanced users and those looking to maximize energy- pumps and focus you may use 2 scoops (18 g) with 6-8 oz of cold water. SuperPump Aggression should be used on training days only.
