Frontier Co-op® Organic Stinging Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica) is an organic herb with a pleasantly bitter herbaceous taste and faint herbaceous aroma. The taste is almost like spinach, with a touch of Italian parsley. The fresh leaves of nettle irritate the skin, but the "stinging" constituents quickly dissipate when the herb is dried.
