Pure, smooth, delicious! Fresh, cold-pressed black sesame oil, with a rich, nutty flavor!
Our small batch process starts with sampling black sesame seeds grown in mineral-rich soil from certified organic farmers. We then cold-press and taste test for the best sample in order to maintain our oil's superior quality and flavor.
Why cold-pressed? Our unique method of extracting oil utilizes gentle mechanical pressure to slowly crush each seed, retaining nutrients and flavor for a fresher, healthier product.
Why black sesame oil? Black sesame oil has one of the richest antioxidant contents among plant oils, and contains omega-3, 6, and 9 essential fatty acids. These fatty acids are considered essential as the body does not produce them on its own and must obtain them through a healthy diet.
Drizzle our cold-pressed black sesame oil over salads, or use it as a finishing oil on steamed veggies and rice. Black sesame oil is a popular option for oil pulling, and is also used as a nutritive moisturizer for both hair and skin!
