Suggested use
Stovetop
In a medium saucepan bring 1 3/4 cups water to a boil. Optionally, add 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.
Stir in rice-shaped pasta and entire contents of spice pack. Return to boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes.
Stir well and serve immediately.
Microwave
In a microwave-safe dish, combine 1 3/4 cups water, rice-shaped pasta, and entire contents of spice pack. Optionally, add 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil. Do not cover.
Cook on high setting 15-18 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork before serving.
