Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, take one heaping scoop and mix into 8 to 12 oz of water or your favorite beverage.
During/After Event: To Support muscle energy, recovery and repair.
Between Meals: To help maintain muscle protein synthesis and a positive nitrogen balance.
