In order to know if a product meets label claim, it must be tested and verified. Few supplement companies have the capability to test in-house, but at EFX Sports® we have an on-site lab that verifies all of our products are spot on!
Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, mix one heaping scoop in 4 Oz. of water or your favorite beverage.
Training Days: Take 1 serving 30 minutes prior to workout, and 1 serving after workout.
Non-training Days: Take 1 serving with breakfast.
