Eden Buckwheat is U.S. family organic gluten free whole grain, and not at all related to wheat. As an entrée, porridge, in soup, salad, and with almost any food. It offers rutin, a valuable antioxidant, good protein, complex carbs, B vitamins, and zinc.

To Prepare: Wash buckwheat with cold water and strain. Boil 2 cups of water and a pinch of sea salt. Add 1 cup of buckwheat. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes.
