Beta-Hydroxy Beta-Methyl-Butyrate

(HMB) is an important metabolite of the essential branched chain amino acid (BCAA) L-Leucine. Human studies show HMB is needed by the body to repair muscle tissue. Regular consumption of HMB slows down protein breakdown and improves protein synthesis. In athletes who engage in intense weight and resistance training, HMB has numerous benefits: increase in strength, lean muscle gains, faster recovery, protects and preserves muscle in response to training. HMB 1500 helps minimize muscle breakdown during training and directly supports muscle tissue repair. One serving of HMB 1500 should be taken at least 30 minutes prior to working out. The more intense you train, the greater the benefits of HMB will be.

As a dietary supplement take 2 (two) capsules twice daily with protein containing meals.
