For Best Brewing:

1. Bring 1 cup of fresh water to a simmer.

2. Carefully pour water over 1 tea bag.

For iced tea, brew the tea as instructed above, then allow it to cool, and serve over ice. To make a pot of tea or a quart of iced tea, add 4 or more tea bags, depending on desired flavor.
