Before eating or drinking, vigorously swish one (1) tbsp. of Organic Oil Pulling Rinse in your mouth for up to 20 minutes, being careful not to swallow. When finished, spit the oil into the trash to avoid clogging your sink, and rinse your mouth well with water if desired. This rinse is recommended for adults and children, 6 years old and older. Shake well before use.
