    Golden Milk, or Turmeric Tea Latte, is a sweet and spicy comforting beverage known in Ayurveda for its powerful benefits.

    Suggested use

    How to make a Golden Milk Latte: Add 1/2 tsp. blend into 8 oz warm milk, stirring well. Pour into a cup, add your choice of sweetener, and enjoy. Some spices may settle rather than dissolve. Stir while drinking.

    For a Luxe Latte: Place 1/2 tsp. blend into a blender, add 1 cup milk of choice and 1 Medjool date, blend until smooth. Heat over medium heat, pour into a cup, sprinkle with cinnamon, and enjoy.

    Great also as an Iced Golden Milk Latte and as a nutritious boost to smoothies & recipes!

    Tip: Turmeric is better absorbed when consumed with fat such as avocado or a few almonds.
