Wild harvested from Indonesian coastal waters by independent fishermen, blue swimming crab are hand cleaned and hand-picked to create Crown Prince Natural Fancy White-Lump Crab Meat. With the sustainability of the crab stock, as well as the livelihood of the local people at stake, this crab harvest is enrolled in a Fishery Improvement Project which will lead to MSC certification.
For better flavor, rinse lightly in cold water. Slight bluing of the crab meat is normal and natural.
