Freeze-dried, desiccated, and non-defatted, aiming to help preserve its nutrient profile, beef thymus is recognized for containing various vitamins, amino acids, peptides, and other nutrients.

Adults take 3 capsules daily capsules daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner, with 8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food.
