Suggested useWash the hair & scalp with Dr. Christopher's Shampoo to cleanse first before using this product. Rub in a circular motion until all the scalp area is treated. Comb hair so the formula penetrates the hair.
Leave on for 30 minutes & then wash out with Dr. Christopher's BF&C Shampoo & Conditioner.
