Directions for children 1 year and above:

Take one (1) packet at any time of day with orwithout food. Mix entire contents of packet intocool food or drink. For optimal results continueddaily use is suggested. When experiencingoccasional digestive upset, two (2) packets maybe taken. If taking two packets, take one in themorning and one in the evening. If symptomspersist, consult your physician.
