Nature's Answer's Kids Sambucus Liquid is made from 4,000 mg of Black Elderberries per serving. For daily maintenance, as a dietary supplement, children 4-12 years of age: take two (2) teaspoons daily.

Shake well before use. Mix in a small amount of water.
