Pregnant Women: take two soft gels daily, at mealtime.

Soft gel shell (beef gelatin, glycerin, water, carob), beeswax, soybean oil, soy lecithin, modified food starch, trisodium citrate, citric acid, silicon dioxide, medium chain triglyceride oil.
