MCT & Omega-3 is a high-potency liquid blend of omega-3 fish oil and medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) Oil. The omega-3s are sourced from deep, cold-water fish using traditional, sustainable methods. The most beneficial omega-3s EPA and DHA support heart, brain, vision, joint, and immune health. The MCTs are derived from coconuts and provide caprylic and capric acids. MCTs are easily digested, metabolized, and absorbed to promote natural energy production and healthy fat metabolism. A single tablespoon provides 1,480 mg of omega-3s and 9,200 mg (9.2 g) of MCTs in delicious natural lemon-lime flavor.

Adults: take one tablespoonful daily at mealtime. Refrigerate after opening, use within 100 days.
