NOW® Calcium Lactate is a stable and bioavailable form of phosphorus-free Calcium. Calcium is a mineral that is essential for the growth and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. Calcium is also critical to many body functions, including normal muscle contraction, nerve conduction, and vascular function.

Take 3 tablets 1 to 2 times daily with food.

Microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, vegetarian coating [hypromellose (cellulose), stearic acid (vegetable source), sunflower lecithin, triethyl citrate, sunflower oil], magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.
