Nature’s Truth Calm Caps™ provide a specialized blend of herbs including valerian root, passion flower, and chamomile extracts, in the ease of two quick release capsules daily. Calm Caps™ also include celery seed extract, hops, and a citrus bioflavonoid complex to yield a well-rounded herbal support formula.

For adults, take four (4) quick release capsules 60 minutes before bedtime or rest. This product is intended for short-term, occasional use only. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Rice powder, gelatin capsule, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica.
