Each daily serving of three capsules provides 750 mg of The Good Stuff-the same amount as one tablespoon of liquid ACV- which has been clinically shown to maintain healthy weight, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels.

For adults, take three (3) capsules with a meal and plenty of water. Do not separate the capsule, ingest the capsule whole.
