Please go to an area with minimal light and sound in order to focus on olfaction (or smell) in a distraction free environment. Remove cap, insert tip into nostril and inhale slowly 4 times in each nostril. Replace cap and repeat process for each of the remaining 3 inhalers. The inhalers can be used in any order. Practice this 3 times per day. Product should be replaced after 60 days of use. Suitable for all ages and for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
