Ayurvedic practices are infused with oil. From oil pulling to daily massage, the application of oil-and the oil itself-are believed to carry the energy of love. So whatever your self-care ritual of choice, may you be deeply nourished from head to toe.

Warm oil if desired. Massage into hair and scalp and allow to sit for 20 minutes, or leave in overnight. To wash, apply shampoo to dry hair, then rinse. Repeat once per week.
