Adjust shower to desired temperature, unwrap tablet and place on shower floor. For maximum effectiveness, place tablet in direct stream of water and stand facing tablet.

Sodium carbonate, adipic acid, sodium bicarbonate, glucose, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, calcium silicate, maltodextrin, coriandrum sativum (coriander) seed oil, pogostemon cablin (patchouli) oil, magnesium stearate.
