Bariatric Advantage Multi Chewy Bite is a delicious high potency multi specifically designed to help meet the nutritional needs of bariatric patients in a great-tasting chewy bite.

Take 2 chews per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Maltitol syrup, palm oil, natural flavors, carnauba wax, citric acid, mono and diglycerides, soy lecithin, sea salt, ethyl cellulose, artificial colors (fd&c red no.40 and fd&c blue no. 1), and sucralose (a non-nutritive sweetener).

Made in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, eggs, wheat, fish gelatin, and shellfish.

Excess vitamin A may contribute to a risk of birth defects. Pregnant women and women who may become pregnant should not exceed 3,000 mcg of preformed vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) per day unless instructed to do so by a healthcare practitioner.
