Our concentrated formula helps you get the benefits of fenugreek in fewer capsules per day.

For Use After Pregnancy

Take 1-2 capsules with food. Take additional capsules throughout the day as needed. Do not exceed 7 capsules per day.

Vegetable cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose.

Take only as directed. Do not consume while pregnant. Many women note that fenugreek may cause breast milk to smell like maple syrup-this is normal and does not affect the flavor.
