**Our concentrated fenugreek extract provides the equivalent to 935 mg of dried fenugreek.

Take one (1) capsule up to three times daily.

Capsule shell (hypromellose, purified water), dextrin, maltodextrin.

Concentrated herbal blend equivalent to 1,110 mg dried herb/capsule and 3,330 mg dried herb/day.

Concentrated fenugreek equivalent to 935 mg/capsule of dried herb.
