1. Holding handles with two hands, place on tongue, as far back as comfortable.
2. Gently but firmly scrape outwards multiple times to thoroughly remove whitish coating on tongue.
3. Rinse mouth and scraper with hot/warm water after each use.
Wash Tongue Scraper with soap and hot water before use. Dishwasher safe.
