DIY: Mix 4 drops in 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and massage onto skin. This solution can be used on dry skin and lips to moisturize.
Combine 7 drops of lavender, 3 drops of patchouli, and 3 drops of geranium, to a 4 oz spray bottle of distilled water. Mist PJs and bedding before going to sleep.
