Brown rice flour adds lightness to cakes, enhances crispness in cookies, and works well in pie crusts. Due to its neutral flavor, it also works well in savory sauces or as a crispy coating for fried foods. Use 1 tbsp of brown rice flour in sauces instead of 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour.
