CoEnzyme Q-10 (Co Q-10) is an antioxidant that is necessary for cells to function properly.

As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) capsule with any meal, twice daily or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.
