    Suggested use
  • Gently press the wand into the base of your lashes, then sweep upward, making sure not to scrimp at the tips (darker ends equal a longer, fuller effect)
  • Use multiple coats to achieve a look you love
  • For optimal flutter, hit your lower lashes, too: Wipe any excess color off of the wand with a paper towel, hold it vertically, and swipe the tip from the outer to inner corners of your lower lashes
