Suggested use

Turn the dial at the bottom of the container to raise the content by about 5mm.

Spread it evenly on your skin from the center of your face to the outside.

Apply sunscreen to areas exposed to UV rays such as the face and neck during outdoor activities. Apply it every 2~3 hours during prolonged outdoor activities.
