2 Ways to prepare
Soaking Method (slower) Soak noodles in hot tap water for 25 minutes to 1 hour. Drama well, then stir-fry/sauté together with favorite ingredients.
Boiling Method (faster) Add noodles to 4 quarts of boiling water, and cook 4 to 6 minutes stirring occasionally until tender yet firm (al dente). Drain well. Add your favorite pasta sauce, or stir-fry/sauté.
